A word from the Man Behind West2East Tech
My journey into cybersecurity wasn’t traditional. I tried different paths, made mistakes, and slowly found the direction that felt right. My experience helped me realize how much career direction and guidance can change someone’s life.
That realization eventually shaped the way I approached my own career. My journey took a major turn when I relocated to Saudi Arabia. It was a spiritual and personal step toward a life rooted in purpose. Living and working in an environment aligned with Islamic values strengthened my desire to help others find the same.
This ultimately led to the creation of West2East Tech — a mentorship initiative that guides people from confusion to clarity. For me, this work is an amanah. Everyone who joins the mentorship is a trust, and helping them move forward with sincerity is part of why I do this.

Yusuf’s Professional Background
Yusuf has spent 10+ years in Identity & Access Management (IAM), Zero Trust, and Digital Identity transformation across large enterprise environments. He has delivered IAM solutions across North America and the Middle East.
Currently, Yusuf is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, working within Accenture’s Security practice on large-scale Workforce IAM and CIAM programs for major government and aviation entities.
